Postage & Delivery
• All items are sent via Royal Mail (or equivalent courier) and will be dispatched within the stated processing time on each product listing.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Royal Mail/courier services.
• Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. I cannot replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Packaging
• Each item is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.
• I aim to reuse or repurpose packaging materials where possible while still ensuring items arrive safely.
Returns & Exchanges
As a small, independent business, I can only accept returns under the following conditions:
• You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return an item. [email protected]
• Returns will only be accepted if you contact me first and I confirm the return.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
• I recommend using a tracked service for returns, as refunds can only be issued once the item has been receivedand inspected.
Refunds
• Once I receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, I will process the refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will not include the original postage fee unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately with photos of the issue.
• I will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
